什麼是油甘子？

油甘子（學名：Phyllanthus emblica），又稱餘甘子。油甘子果實球形，成熟時成淡黃色，主要分布於印度、斯里蘭卡、馬來西亞、南美、臺灣、中國等地。油甘子含有豐富維生素、微量元素、礦物質、氨基酸等，尤其維生素c含量特別高。
